We were told by this garage that the car we purchased was given an MOT and was serviced. Almost straight away we started having problems with the car, starting with little things like seat belt housing snapping off, battery not holding charge, front number plate falling off, front lights filling with water when it first rained after picking up the car. We approached the garage and were given numerous excuses. They became very curt and unpleasant so we went and had the car checked out. Thankfully, the engine was sound and in good order.
Several quite expensive faults were found but "none covered" by the garage that sold us the car.
We happened to move house, across the country during this time so we really didn't need any further stress so we were left to sort out all the problems with no support from the garage. We spend the next few months paying out multiple times for things like new brakes, new exhaust, wheel cylinders, brake pipes, radiator, clutch (all within 4 months of purchase!) we only did 990 miles in this four month period!
Needless to say, we do not recommend this garage! Thank you.
