Norville Opticians in Downend, Bristol

I have been very disappointed by the attitude of this branch. They have given me the run around - forgetting to order my lenses, they needed to be chased to do so. When I eventually managed to pick them up they later phoned me to say that they had undercharged me and they wanted me to come back to pay the balance. The attitude seems to be that their mistakes are my responsibility to sort out despite them having inconvenienced me. I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.
