I have a child on the spectrum and the attitude when this company made a mistake was appalling. They had omitted the item my child wanted and on the first call they at first stated blunt, you did not order that, only when I insisted did they check the receipt. Advised I could go back down and I advised this would result in the accompanying chips going cold to which no, they could have offered to swap the chips as their error. By this time my child is distraught as anyone with a child with autism will know that if they have set their heart on something an alternative will not suffice. Drove down to collect the missing item and advised them about not happy over cold chips and how upset my child was. The reply was a oh well he's got his sausage now!!! As a single mother with a special needs child a visit to a chip shop is a treat, however this was ruined by the attitude of this shop's staff.
