Nov 13th, 2012 two baths were serviced by Renubath's 5-star service. The result was two baths with very prickly surface. We complained as the service did not meet their published 5-star credentials. Renubath promised to set this right but in the meantime they changed ownership and the new owners agreed to contact us in September 2013. So far nothing has been done and we are not very happy at all. I refer to their Certificate of Completion 57158.
