We arranged to have our wedding invites prepared by Bubby Creations. Whilst the invitations themselves were wonderful, the written parts were totally unreadable. (A bit of a problem when an invitation has to be read...) Even though the owner agreed that the font was unreadable, she and her partner's only solution was for us to pay again. It would have made us feel better if they had just provided the replacement card so that we could reprint ourselves. But no..
I was really disappointed, and £250 was a waste of money,
