If you hold a function here then make sure that everything you have ordered is served to your guests as The Langley would not refund you any money after for items that has been missed.

On my function they missed to serve soft drinks. We only realised when we came off stage which was long after the food has been served.
We confronted the director Neha with this and told her to leave the soft drinks for now as guests were leaving and its too late. She put up some coke glasses in the bar for people to come and grab but the damage was already done. The Langley have refused to refund us the money paid for the drinks and we had little response from them after multiple emails sent. I have now taken them to court for this. It is not a massive amount of money but I would rather give it to charity than Langley having them for free. What the funny part is that they seem to think they can get away with it. Maybe that's why they take full payment in advance.
We have 1800 pictures taken that night and 4 hours of video and also 250 guests who can confirm this. Unbelievable behaviour!
