Kosy Kats Cattery in Brickendon, Hertford

I too cancelled a booking with Kosy Kats giving 7 months notice and was refused a refund. There seems that there is no recourse and these people can legally keep my deposit even though they offered no terms and conditions if booking either on-line or in person. I cancelled my booking as their pens are far too small for my cats and have come to realise just what hard nosed business people they really are just as the lady who wrote the previous review found out for herself.

We had to cancel not only our booking, but our wedding and honeymoon due to a recurrence of my serious illness. They have a very strict no-refund policy and have no time for "sob stories" like mine. I asked if they could put aside their policies and just be generous of spirit as others had been, but no. Not a place where your pet is going to be treated with love and affection I fear. They have certainly lost our custom.
