Whilst the products are of a good quality in general the company has a certain attitude which makes it unpleasant to deal with. Despite spending many thousands of pounds with them over the last two years and having them mess up several orders they have just increased all our prices by 20% with no justification. Also beware they won't take anything back ever not even with a handling charge. Basically it's a one way relationship and they have no mercy. Beware!
