Ambassador Windows Ltd in Harpenden

I'm very disappointed with Ambassador as they said they would replace our smashed double glazed patio door but haven't bothered. Despite phoning twice and being told someone would visit and measure the door, no one has visited, not even a phone call. Very poor consideration to a customer.
