Latcom started out heavily involved in the banking sector of IT, proving successful in placing candidates in large financial organisations and specialising in credit cards. Since then our focus has expanded and, in addition to finance, we now work with a range of clients across a variety of different sectors including insurance, retail, aviation, legal, education and construction as well as several local councils.
We take pride in our versatility and extensive knowledge of the market. We have considerable experience placing candidates in a variety of different roles and a with a wide range of skillsets from support and helpdesk staff up to senior project managers and IT directors, and everything in-between.
Latcom is one of the few Agencies that provide comprehensive training to new Sales recruits. At Latcom, we pride ourselves in taking a career approach to training, which combines candidate resourcing and compliance with traditional sales training.
