Very poor customer service. They claim to have tried to contact you, while there is no evidence of this whatsoever and they book an appointment for an engineer who never shows up. This has happened on numerous occasions. Then they deny any knowledge of you being in touch with them previously even though you had multiple conversations over the phone. It would be comical if it wasn't so outrageous.

Excellent service from initial phone call to very helpful receptionist, making appointment and clearly advised of service charge and parts. Arrived on site on day appointed and carried out first class repair and advised of total cost. Price was very reasonable and would strongly recommend using this firm again.

Poor service. No answer to phone calls and when promised an engineer would ring, he didn't of course!
