Shortlees Pharmacy in Kilmarnock

The reason I'm only giving 2 stars is because of the customer service. Most of the ladies in the chemist are pleasant and happy to help but there is one that is not so welcoming. She is arrogant and looks down her nose at you constantly. She watches every move you make. I don't feel comfortable at all when I'm in that chemist if she is working. I feel she judges me and she doesn't even know me. Everyone I've spoke to says and feels the exact same. Something should be done about this.
