Carpets Direct in Ayr

Worst customer service ever. We spent just under £700.00 for carpet, underlay, gripper, bars and fitting for my hall and stairs. When they eventually came my hall and stairs were fitted with two different carpets. After a lot of back and forth on the phone and an attempt to come and resolve this, they have now told me they are not going to fix this problem, leaving me with two different carpets which is not what I purchased. Would never use this company again and certainly do not recommend! I wouldn't even give the 1 star, but I had to to post this.
