Bucking Bronco Hire in Ashford

We booked this bucking bronco service 3 months prior to our house warming party, we telephoned and confirmed the service and confirmed the booking by email as requested. As we didn't hear anything I called and confirmed the booking 6 weeks prior to the party and was reassured it was all booked. The night before I called to check time of arrival etc, and was told there was an omission in the booking and we would not be getting the bucking bronco service, appaling service, especially as we had confirmed the booking, I would look elsewhere this is a cowboy outfit !!!!
