Motorcare (Kent) Ltd in Tunbridge Wells

I had a terrible experience at their Liverpool branch. I was scammed out of money. We agreed a price for the paint works and I even wrote the amount down on the pre-inspection report as they didn't give me a formal quote. When I went to collect the car, they asked for more money and said the fact I wrote on their paperwork was not legally binding. The receptionist was passive aggressive from the moment I walked in and at one point when I questioned the increased amount office staff got aggressive towards me. If I didn't work for the NHS I would take this further, but working 14 hour days means I only have time to moan on Facebook and warn others.
