We recently had a number of different jobs completed by Shawn Moore at our home. Initially we trusted him as he appeared to be knowledgeable about his work. However, as time progressed and certainly after the work was completed and the balance paid, it became glaringly obvious Mr Moore really cannot live up to his own initial hype.
He failed to even complete a single job to a decent standard. He returned on two subsequent occasions after we complained. However, short of re starting everything there was nothing more that could be done. The work we paid to have completed included damp work and tanking, plastering and a completed re fit of a bathroom. All of this we are very unhappy with and feel let down.
We have resolved the issues by incurring additional costs and paying a trusted competent builder to make good everything.
