Luxury Lighting in Gillingham

Ordered 4 lights at £108 on 05/09/23 on line. On 15/09/23 I cancelled the order by email as their phone line message & their website said they were closed due to ill health. Today 25/09/23, after receiving no response I am starting a Section 75 claim for my money through my bank. This is not a one person company, so there is no excuse for no one at the company being in charge of refunds or contacting on line customers regarding their outstanding orders. Unless everyone who works there have all been struck down with the same illness for a month. The plague maybe?
