Fast Fit Motoring Centre in Blue Town, Sheerness

This company fitted a new alternator to our vehicle, but when it was time for us to pay - they refused a card payment and insisted that we withdraw cash from a local machine. The new alternator they fitted lasted 7 days! - This time we took the vehicle to a Main Dealer, the part they installed was... Read more incorrect and was not suited to the vehicle.
The part was returned to them and they said they would refund us in full and that they would return the item to their supplier. Apparently they didn't have the funds on site at the time to refund us, but asked us to call in next time we were passing. We called in a few weeks later to pick up the money as arranged via telephone the previous day, on arrival they refused to refund us in full - instead offering a fraction of the bill. I would never recommend or use this garage again!!!
