S & R Services (Kent) Ltd in Leigh, Tonbridge

This company did work on my property 8/9 years ago. They seemed to know what they were doing and were always polite, the first disaster happened shortly after I had my oak floor put in the kitchen, the brand new bathroom upstairs which they had installed leaked through the ceiling and all over the new floor causing it to warp. I was promised that in a year it would dry out and they would repair they never did. We have always suffered with a smell under the floor of sewage so bad recently that we decided to take the floor up to investigate to find that the same company had left an old clay pipe still open to the sewer not blocked off, allowing smells and vermin into the property other major issues have also happened. My kitchen now has to be ripped out the the rotting joists underneath all need replacing all work carried out by this company.
