Been to blaze about 3 times now.First time booked an appointment a month and half away only to get there and the shop is closed,no calls to cancel the appointment, phones not answered,a completely wasted journey and day without prior warning. Finally call to Re-book the appointment 2 days later (no apologies either) and this next appointment is a month away even though the cancellation wasn't my fault.this time I get there 3 mins early and the door is locked!! And when it's finally opened the response is not very friendly, then I'm told its a 15mins wait,ended up waiting almost an hour,another interruption in a days plans and yet no apologies. Finally get to doing the tattoo, the artist goes 10mins overtime (might I add without my permission or telling me my time was up and what the extra charges would be) and decides to charge half the price of an hour extra. And the touch up, was a rush over to get me out so the next client could sit, I might have as well not bothered. The tattoo looks alright but after all the hassle and no customer service or care for clients happiness or satisfaction I would definitely not be going back!!
