AVOID THESE CARELESS SEXIST LIARS!
They sell cars with known problems, deny all knowledge and tell you warranty doesn't cover it, even though the warranty states its covered, if its "Just an annoying noise", Its not covered. They palm you off to their specialist that said even they wouldn't of sold the car with the problem I have, its the worst they have ever heard, and it would cost me £2000 to fix (An expensive annoying noise eh!)
They make promises for things to be done to the car to sell it to you, then don't do it.
Kevin has the worst customer service I have ever received, he was fine talking to my partner, but if i said anything remotely technical, "Are you a mechanic?" Was his reply. I even had my keys thrown at me & he told me he "Didn't have time for this" On the second time I went to collect my car, only to find it was filthy, and had a scratch along the boot lid.
Hire car...YEAH RIGHT! I got a car with no brakes, wipers not working & the full beam stuck on, with food & dog hair EVERYWHERE. Dangerous and disgusting! Only found out it was the garages runaround car when I called to say I had to leave it on the A28 because it was so dangerous to drive. When you spend £12000 on a car, and were told they had 'plenty of hire cars' but obviously I shouldn't expect too much considering mine was the most expensive on the forecourt...No, but i would expect something that was SAFE and in FULL working order.
I am bitterly disappointed, out of pocket and still have a broken car.
