I have been a loyal customer of this company for years. Before Xmas 2012, I took a radio module in for repairs. It took them two months to fix, despite telling me it would take two weeks. Within a month, the module failed again. Took it back and after another two weeks, I was told that it didn't have a fault. It failed again within three weeks. I had the unit thoroughly tested by BMW who submitted a written report. L&C didn't submit any reports. I emailed them this morning with a copy of the report. I waited all day for a callback. Eventfully I got to speak with Duncan, the manager. He denied seeing my email, despite me being told by his colleague that he had already read it. He then continuously talked over me and hung up the phone. This lack of service has cost me £ 480.00.
