Both Andrea Latch and Jane Hind have to be the most unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant recruitment consultants I’ve ever came across. From day one there was a sever lack of communication, unpleasantness and bad attitude from them both. They don’t care about the candidates in the slightest, it’s all about the fees for them.

After turning down a job offer I received abusive, unprofessional and harassing emails. Its companies like JOY who give recruiters a bad name, I would steer clear of dealing with them.
