Tried to ring to speak to a consultant - receptionist was very unprofessional... put me on hold several times in mid-sentence then informed me that employees would never speak to anyone direct and I would have to email my CV.
However, she was unaware of the email address and could I ring back. Never before have I spoken to anyone so unprofessional.
