I have been treated by Jan for numbness and pins & needles in my feet, a side effect after chemotherapy. The treatments have greatly reduced the side effects to point where they are bearable and she can always spot any other problems I might be having.

I have been seeing Jan for a number of months as I was told reflexology would help me with the pins & needles and numbness in me feet side effects after chemotherapy. The treatments have help reduce the side effects but I have also found I have benefited in other ways. Jan is very professional, friendly and extremely talented. She can always find out how I am feeling even when I do not tell her.

For somebody who doesn't like their feet being touched, I would recommend this treatment. I was a little sceptical at first and thought I wouldn't like it.

However, I found the treatment to be very relaxing and I was surprised at how much my feet were telling Jan what was wrong with me even though I didn't always tell her!

The treatment really helped with my back pain, headaches and stress levels and I would definitely go back if needed.

Jan really put me at ease and with the treatment and background music, sometimes, to my embarrassment I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed.

I was given a reflexology voucher for my birthday by a friend who obviously thought I needed to relax a little more!
Not only was it relaxing - I felt great afterwards, Jan identified some old ailments which were spot on; she worked on my cracking knee and stiff shoulder!
I would recommend Jan to anyone - she is professional, approachable and you will feel like you are walking on air afterwards.
