The 21st Century Radiator Co.Ltd, in Ickwell, Biggleswade

I ordered my cast iron radiators at the end of February and they did not arrive until 13th April. When they arrived there was damage to one of them and they did not arrive by articulated lorry with a lift as stated in the terms and conditions but by a small courier van. The combined weight was close to 600kg. It was therefore impossible to lift from the van. After arriving three days late the radiators never made it out of the van.
A re-delivery was refused for the Monday after I complained. These cast iron radiators are extremely heavy and required assistance to arrange for workmen to assist with lifting these. I tried to come to an arrangement to recuperate my lost costs and 21st century radiators were not willing to assist. I asked for a refund and was told no and that failure to deliver was down to "my behaviour" by email. I asked MasterCard to investigate and they found in my favour and I have since received a full refund. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, the customer service and the outcome. All information can be backed up with email and with photographs. I would not use this company again.
