Gastec in Leighton Buzzard

Disappointed that after servicing my boiler for over 25 years during November my boiler finally gave up and leaked. David kept his word and managed to stop the leak and informed us we needed a new boiler. Fine we said can you give us an estimate. "I don't fit boilers" was his reply "but I'll bring my Nate who will give you an estimate" a week went by, they arrived, the chap looked it over. We waited 10 days and having heard nothing: "he can't do it as he has to go into hospital" but leave it with me and I'll get you a list of reputable boiler engineers. We heard nothing since and lucky found an excellent company who installed and fitted a new boiler but not after nearly three months without any heating due to Christmas etc. Not great service from Gastec after 25 years loyalty. Needless to say will not be servicing our new boiler.

We have regularly had our boiler serviced by Ken/ Dave from Gastec and can highly recommend them. They are always helpful and polite. Do a thorough check. What more could you ask. Oh also they are very reasonably priced (not rip off merchants).
