Lyn came highly recommended from several people. She is extremely compassionate and completely trustworthy. Lyn took wonderful care of my mother at home allowing her to stay in her house which made my mother very happy giving me peace of mind. I have nothing but praise for her. She was reliable and willing to take the extra steps to make sure my mother was taken care of. I felt very safe entrusting my mother to Lyn's professional care and it is my privilege to recommend Lyn as a caregiver.

Unregistered and unregulated by the Care Quality Commission, 'professional' boundaries stretched, bad language and inappropriate dress code, drank while with client bought on clients shopping bill, unsatisfactory knowledge of nutritional needs, food preparation and food storage, need for vulnerable adult to take prescribed medication not acknowledged, care plan very basic and non-informative. Completely unprofessional.
