Communication is abysmal – staff unprofessional and incompetent-from office - to actual installation of the door-contractors swore, farted, listened to races and threw plastic parts at each other. Office staff refer to your as your house/flat number not by name, endless chasing, cancelling door installation on the day! I had to pay 50% when door measured – still waiting for receipt. Invoice sent incorrectly- with spelling mistakes and incorrect payment terms - when concern addressed – resent with handwritten notes and payment terms tippexed out!
