Oriental Fusion in Kempston, Bedford

Really poor service from this takeaway. They just never answer the phone! Twice now we have tried to order a takeaway and have tried calling for nearly an hour, with no response it rings engaged. When you get through, they then tell you to hold whilst they go and serve customers in the shop and leave you hanging on! Real shame as the food is good, but they need to get the service right. I won't bother anymore as I get great service from others takeaways. You are losing customers!
