Sent a kid instead of a 3 man team to install a boiler - He wandered around scratching his head for 4 hours not knowing how to isolate the electricity. However he did know how to scrap an old copper boiler and left promptly leaving us with no hot water or heating for 2 days. The company then had the front to demand over 700 for a boiler care package knowing full well they had not installed it correctly and sent a kid to do a 3 man job. Awful absolutely awful company !
