Two gentlemen came to renew the guttering and Facias. They came on time did the job that was asked for but then found additional work that they said needed doing. While I was a bit suspicious of this additional work I did agree a reduced price with them and they carried out the work. The job looked really good once completed and I paid the agreed amount.
Unfortunately the first time it rained I noticed a small leak so I phoned the company to see about getting it fixed. The first excuse was that they were on a job up north and they would fix it when they finished in 10 days time. Then another week was added. Anyway after six weeks and several calls Mr Calvert stopped taking my calls.

The work cost me a further £400 to correct the problem and guy who corrected the problem said it was due to screws put through the guttering in error.

The rest of the work was done to a reasonable standard but if there is no after sales service I could not recommend nor use this company again.
