Rainbow Restaurant in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow

I used to love this place until my experience tonight. Ordered everything face to face, so no mistakes should have occurred. Wrong! Got home to find an item missing and an item wrong. Called up to find out if it could be fixed and that's when the woman on the other end of the phone told me that I never ordered these said items, it was my mistake. I asked for my missing item to be delivered to my house, so address was given to her. Her attitude was disgraceful and she hung up the phone straight after. I waited half an hour, called back to find out what was happening and was told the delivery driver couldn't find the house so didn't bother. No effort was made at all. I will never be back to this place and it's not particularly the fact the food was wrong. It was the horrid attitude I received over the phone. I will be avoiding Rainbow Restaurant at all costs.
