Bunkered Golf Magazine in Glasgow

I feel the need to express my disgust at the experience I have had with bunkered. I emailed them after I was unable to prebook a ticket for the golf show at the SECC. I waited a week and phoned them to ask why no one had replied to me. I was told that the director had decided that no tickets could be prebooked on the day of the show. I accept that they have the right to make this decision, despite me pointing out the fact that I could not see this criteria stipulated anywhere on their website. What I do not accept is the contempt shown to me by them not replying to me email. They again chose not to reply even after being assured on the phone that I would receive a reply.
