Kelvin Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Systems Ltd in Cumbernauld, Glasgow

My elderly mother moved into her Nicholas king home seven weeks ago. The kitchen larder unit lacked any baskets so was useless. Seven appointments have been made so far to put baskets in. Either workmen have turned up without the necessary pieces, or have failed to turn up at all. Customer service is diabolical and taints the reputation of the developer as well as Kelvin kitchens. Developers beware, Kelvin kitchens may be very cheap, but if you value customer satisfaction, don't use them.

A similar issue to the last reviewer about the kitchen units. The veneers on two of our bathroom vanity units have peeled off just after the two year warranty expired. The customer services are unhelpful and have blamed us. Shocking service and quality. The company sell to developers and are not interested in householders. We bought a 1 million pound plus home from Antler Homes and have been told the guarantee has expired after two years.

Bought brand new house which had a Kelvin Kitchen installed, unfortunately the unit fronts started to chip immediately. Kelvin inspected units and replaced them, but unfortunately they have turned on their heels and because they are unable to give an explanation as to why my beautiful kitchen keeps chipping then it must be my fault!
