General George in Uddingston, Glasgow

After waiting 5 weeks for carpets after being told it would take 2 weeks, the carpet fitters arrived 3 hours late, so didn't finish till half 9 at night and with 4 children under 8 with school the next day it was a nightmare.
2 of the carpet fitters looked about 17, spent most of the time on their phone and having a carry on, the carpets are just thrown down and there are gaps between the carpet and the wall, after they left without the rubbish I might add one of the children came down with about 10 screws that she had found on the carpet, which was a worry as we have a 6 month old crawling about. I wil never use General George again as they obviously don't use professionals. was very disappointed and am going elsewhere for my other 5 carpets.
