Shockingly bad service. Totally ruined an evening dress I put in to be hemmed - frayed, ripped material and unevenly cut. Admitted they did a terrible job, but shouted at me when I asked for a refund. Said policy was to 'rectify' it but when I said I didn't want them doing any more work on it, I was told that was my tough luck and that there's no way I'd get a refund because the job she admitted was terrible had 'taken her ages'. Don't ever go here.
