Beware of this practice!

I recently left this practice after 10 months of problem after problem. I found that the patient/staff relationship was non existent, indeed the staff went out of their way to be unhelpful, awkward and rude. I found that each time I contacted the practice (which I always dreaded) it was always a mission to put myself across let alone make an appointment. I had an arranged MRI scan and requested an additional MRI scan only to be told no, however I later established that he arranged MRI scan, covered the area I was requesting an additional MRI scan or. You would think that the doctor or staff would already have known this. If your not up at 8am to make an appointment then expect to wait at least until the following week if your lucky. The comments I make are of my personal experience during my time at this practice and I strongly feel that any potential future patients need to be made aware of what treatment they may expect to receive at this practice which is far below the standard in my opinion of a much higher standard at other practices I have been a patient at oh and they make you feel welcome.

Appaling practice, avoid at all costs.

I recently left this practice. During the time I was a patient (too long) I experienced many issues with the running of this practice etc. The reception staff are very rude unhelpful and patronising. In fact they go out of there way to be as awkward as possible. Information I passed to staff was then incorrectly passed to my doctor by leaving out certain information I passed on. I recently requested my GP records and a third parties CV was included. I found that when I addressed any concerns I had no one listened or was interested especially if it was to do with the practice or any staff. The appointment system is diabolical and out dated. If you are lucky you may get an appointment for the following week regardless. I would strongly advise anyone considering registering as a patient at this practice to go else ware as there are much much better practices in the area who treat patients like patients.
