Blanco's Pet Shop in Morecambe

The animals are kept in cramped, unclean cages with no fresh air or light.
We bought a hamster from here who had a wet tail. The pet shop owner said that it was nothing to worry about, so we took his word.
Once we came home, the hamster was very stiff and unresponsive.
We thought that because of her new surroundings, she was just adapting to her new home, which was not the case.
Sadly, she passed away just a few days later.
Most of the hamsters kept in that cage had a wet tail, due to the disease "wet tail disease" which is basically a terrible cold that hamsters catch if they are neglected and don't have their cages cleaned out.
Please, please please do not keep this business going by buying your pets from here.
