Eric Brown failed to turn up on time or complete the jobs he was paid in full to do. Many excuses including a broken down van, ordering the wrong parts, too many people complaining etc etc. do not use!!

Crap company run by a very rude little man with a very bad attitude! Phoned for a fireplace part . Was not interested in helping me find correct part referred me to his equality Crap website that told him did not work properly! After asking what I could do to get required part he put the phone down and also called me predantic! Way to run a business verbally abuse and be rude to customers!! Don't touch this company with a 6ft barge pole!!!!

I cannot go into any detail right now as I am starting a legal claim against him. Eric Brown is his name, he operates from his home address.
