Bottle & Basket in Urmston, Manchester

Never seems to be open, it seems as they please themselves when they want to open although it states it should be open from 10 am to 10 pm, a parcel was delivered here for me and they insisted that they dont do parcels anymore even when a parcel machine was outside and was not working correctly so had to cancel parcel with wish really annoyed, absolute disgrace of a shop dont know how they are allowed to get away with this fuming.
