I have had a shockingly bad experience with Dunford Roofing. 'Carl' from the company came around two and a half years ago and mended what turned out to be the wrong bit of the roof so the leak still existed. He charged us £400 for this work, and he gave us a ten year written guarantee. But when we called him this month - Sept 2013 - his father came round and said he couldn't help and virtually ran out of the flat. Even he acknowledged that 'Carl' had mended the wrong side of the roof. I was stunned by his rudeness and his unwillingness to honour his company guarantee.

I have now informed Trading Standards and am pursuing this on principle, as I do not want any unwary person to be in my position. I will not be recommending them to anyone and as far as I'm concerned they have not done the job they were paid to do. Be warned!
