James Carpets in Fulwood, Preston

Excellent sales pitch, talked me in to buying a more expensive carpet, fitters arrived with a cheaper looking carpet than I'd picked, as I really needed the job doing, I went with it. What a mistake that was. The carpet has come away from the walls, we're constantly tripping over the crease in the middle of the room (had to put a rug over it) . When we contacted them to complain all we got was empty promises, this has gone on for 12 months know, don't trust this company, go to a big chain like carpet right, at least they're accountable for any wrong-doings, I've given them one star for turning up.
