My parcel still hasn't arrived 5 days late. I cannot speak to a human on the contact number either. Having worked in customer services and transport for over 25 years, this is the about worst company I have ever dealt with.
You can only ring a central number. They never deliver and the central number doesn't have an option to speak to somebody about a tracked item not delivered, even though we have two emails providing a delivery time.
