H Olsberg in Bolton

Went here for braces when under 18. Soon as I turned 18 was pressured into removing my braces early (because you have to pay at this point so if I wanted it back on, would need to pay). They gave me a retainer to wear at night which was ill-fitted and cutting on my gums and the fixed retainer placed at the back of my two front teeth came off a week later while I was in London. When the lady fitted it stated ''oh I haven't put enough cement on let me just put a bit more on'' which was the side that came off. I had a piece of metal dangling at the back of my tooth and had to pull it off. I now have a small gap in my two front teeth because of this as they have moved apart and being pressured into removing my braces early means I was left with gaps in my teeth from when they removed teeth to put the thing on in the first place. I feel my teeth became worse after this experience than they were before and wished I'd never bothered. I hate showing my teeth now.
