Disgraceful service, be very wary. Took my car in for an MOT and was advised it would cost £600 to get it through its MOT. At no point was I given a copy of the failure certificate. I even phoned them to confirm that all the work needed to be carried out for it to pass its MOT and they said yes. Not really what I wanted to hear just before Christmas. Decided to get a 2nd opinion and went to another garage. He printed off the MOT failure certificate (as I hadn’t been given a copy). Most of the work they had quoted for (including labour of £50 per hour) was only advisory and only part of the exhaust needed replacing and not the whole thing. Total cost of repair was £55 including the MOT!!! I am appalled at the way I was treated and their unprofessional behaviour. Unless you have money to throw away, please do not use this garage.
