Domestic Appliance Centre in Standish, Wigan

Do not give a time window just a day for the visit, then when called on the agreed appointment day before the store closes at 5pm are told it could be any time till 8pm. Bad enough but then they still don't turn up! In total waited 36 hours for a visit, no apologies, in fact made it seem that I was putting them out? In the end I gave up and told them I wouldn't be using them. Terrible service and ignorant or awkward communication - if any.
