Top Nails in Rothley, Leicester

Spent £46 on calgel nails and they all started to lift in their first week and two came off themselves. Went back to get them replaced and I was told that I must have been using something oily on my hands. Pretty angry. I explained that I don't use products on my hands due to on and off dermatitis and I was told it could be my babies bubble bath or wipes that could be doing it (we don't use sudocreme) - ridiculous!!!! No oil in the products as I checked! And if that's the case they should warn you before you have your nails done you can't touch anything! After saying I wanted a refund because I felt frustrated to be treated like that she put a new set of hard gel nails on reluctantly! And wanted to leave two calgel nails on as they were in good condition so therefore paint being slightly different and hard gels on the other and something less strong (calgel) on the other two nails. In the end after explaining I wanted my nails all the same she did it (It took a lot of convincing). I managed to break one of the nails myself that week and also one peeled itself off so I decided not to pay for a soak off and give up and peel them all off which they literally did peel off both hands in under 5minutes! Not happy after spending so much and what a shame as they are more natural looking than acrylic. I've had my nails done on and off for 8 or so years. Never had this problem :( No reviews for this place anywhere either?
