Awful food last night. I ordered the 1/4 duck and basically got an over cooked, burnt leg of a duck. The sauce was also inedible for the chicken balls ordered. It took me some time to get the woman on the phone to agree to a refund who consistently argued that I had to pay the delivery charge - for food I could not eat!! Almost a £30 bill for food I could not eat, yet she was confused as to why I was not happy? Never again!
