Three Pots Pantry in Burbage, Hinckley

The service at this cafe that I received yesterday was second to none! First impressions as I walked in were very favourable. It was warm, clean, spacious, bright and fresh looking with a contemporary feel and as I later discovered had very recently re- opened after an extension and refurbishment. I received a very friendly welcome from the waitress who couldn't have been more helpful to me in more ways than one.
I was new to the area and was trying to find a venue I was due to entertain in later that day. When she did not know where it was, the owner of the cafe was asked on my behalf and he promptly came out to help. Not only did he explain where it was, he went straight onto the computer in the cafe, and showed me on google maps to ensure I had the directions clear. I was hoping to get a quick bite to eat and wait in the cafe until I had to go to work but they were due to close and so ordered just tea....the owner immediately told me He would stay open so I could eat and wait in the cafe! How brilliant is that! Their menu is extensive, something for everyone and they didn't mind changing the set dishes a little and adding items was no problem! I had a lovely quick, healthy meal of beans on toast with a perfectly poached egg and a pot of nice strong tea...just hit the spot: and as I'm diabetic it was crucial for me to eat something before I worked and I think helped my performance! He also served a young couple who needed to feed a young baby and the cafe team were quick to also help out producing beautiful meals that they all enjoyed!
I was extremely impressed by everything about this cafe and would recommend a visit....you won't be Disappointed! I am so grateful for not only a fantastic service but also the kindness shown to me on a very stressful day and I wish them every success for the future!
